Nicely done! I'm on the path as well. Down 5 lbs in two weeks, starting at 213. I want to get back to ~185. Stopped drinking 2 weeks ago and won't again until I lose a solid 20lbs. That alone makes a big difference. Cleaned up my diet a bit (4 egg breakfast, protein and veggie for lunch, 50g protein shake in afternoon, and making dinner portions smaller). 4-5 days a week of Orange Theory classes. It would be nice to be able to do Spartan runs again this year.
