That sage advice. It’s why long term relationships stop working, because people have been taught that they’re supposed be selfless and only care about the other. That doesn’t fly for very long.

Very well written, full of wise words and excellent insight. I've struggled in cycles like this for many years, I'm resolving myself to enjoy more of the things I did when I was a younger man, like hockey, music, traveling and of course my comedy. We're all still in the fight and will never give up!

Here's to another epic year in 2023 full of liberty, wonder, feasts, travel and high doses of puberty blockers! "SURPRISE!!!"

Please allow a total stranger, old enough to be your mother, to stay "I'm so proud of you!" (Actually, I knew your mom and dad in college.)

On behalf of those of us who were without power (mine was out for most of 24th hours), thank you.

I completely get it. I walked away from NH politics 10 years ago, disgusted with all sides (having been elected to the State House, I saw the sausage machine intimately). It's too late sadly to save things. It was too late 10 years ago, and it's gotten worse since.

Prepare to the worst ahead, that's all you can do.
